Deine Maps bleiben in deinem Browser

Die Maps, die du hier anlegst oder öffnest, speichert die Website nur im lokalen Speicher deines Browsers (localStorage). Sie werden nicht an den Server gesendet, und der Server speichert sie nicht.

Außer den Maps legt die Website zwei weitere Arten von Einträgen im lokalen Speicher ab: die Sprache, die du im Auswahlfeld wählst, und für jede Map den letzten Stand des Kraftmenüs. Der Zugriff darauf ist für den Betrieb der Website erforderlich und geschieht auf deine Eingabe hin (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). Auch diese Einträge verlassen deinen Browser nicht.

Eine exportierte Map-Datei entsteht auf deinem Gerät. Wo du sie speicherst und an wen du sie gibst, entscheidest du.

Du löschst eine Map mit „Löschen“ auf der Startseite, oder alle Maps, indem du die Website-Daten dieser Seite in deinem Browser löschst.

Keine Inhalte von anderen Servern

Die Website lädt nichts von anderen Servern. Schriften und Programmbibliotheken liegen auf diesem Server.

Hosting und Zugriffsprotokolle

Diese Website liegt bei STRATO GmbH (Hosting Plus), Berlin. Bei jedem Aufruf verarbeitet der Webserver technisch notwendige Daten und schreibt sie in ein Protokoll: deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Datei, die Menge der übertragenen Daten, den Statuscode, die Seite, von der du kommst, und Angaben zu Browser und Betriebssystem.

Zweck ist die Auslieferung der Website, ihre Sicherheit und die Suche nach Fehlern. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO: Das berechtigte Interesse ist ein sicherer und stabiler Betrieb. Der Anbieter anonymisiert die IP-Adresse in den Protokollen, die er dem Betreiber bereitstellt, und stellt sie für sechs Wochen bereit. Mit dem Anbieter besteht ein Vertrag über die Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Der Betreiber dieser Website liest die Protokolle nur bei einer Störung oder einem Angriff.

Wenn du mir schreibst, verarbeite ich deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht, um sie zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO, bei einer Anfrage zu einem Vertrag Buchst. b. Ich lösche die Nachricht, sobald dein Anliegen erledigt ist und keine Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21). Du kannst dich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel bei dem Hamburgischen Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

The Skill-Map is a tool that shows skills as a network. The website has no user accounts, no contact form, no analytics tools and no advertising.

No cookies

This website sets no cookies.

Your maps stay in your browser

The website stores the maps that you create or open here only in the local storage of your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to the server, and the server does not store them.

Besides the maps, the website keeps two more kinds of entries in the local storage: the language that you choose in the selection box, and, for each map, the last state of the force menu. The website needs this access to work, and it happens on your input (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). These entries do not leave your browser either.

An exported map file comes into being on your device. You decide where you store it and to whom you give it.

You delete a map with “Delete” on the start page, or all maps by deleting the site data of this site in your browser.

No content from other servers

The website loads nothing from other servers. The fonts and the program libraries are on this server.

Hosting and access logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH (Hosting Plus), Berlin. On each request, the web server processes technically necessary data and writes it to a log: your IP address, date and time, the file that you requested, the amount of data sent, the status code, the page that you came from, and details of your browser and operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the website, to keep it secure and to find faults. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest is a secure and stable operation. The provider anonymizes the IP address in the logs that it gives to the operator, and it keeps them available for six weeks. A contract on commissioned processing under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the provider. The operator of this website reads the logs only after a fault or an attack.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to me, I process your e-mail address and your message to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and (b) for a request about a contract. I delete the message when your matter is closed and no duty to keep it applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can complain to a supervisory authority, for example to the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
